There are no spellings this week! Instead I would like you to spend time practising phonics using the packs you receive from school.

Reading
Independent/shared reading should take place a minimum of 3 times per week (20 minutes) to be recorded in children's yellow reading diary.
Even better if children can read daily to support their reading skills, vocabulary and comprehension.
21 minutes of reading per day will result in a child acquiring an extra 2 million words per year.
Children have the opportunity to change reading books daily in class.
