MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING
Everyone has mental health and having good mental health is important as it helps ensure you enjoy life. In the same way you take care of your body by eating right and exercising, you can do things to protect your mental health.
We want to help you manage and maintain your mental health. We all experience ups and downs in life, and experience life changes that can affect our mental health, in both positive and negative ways.
Below are some websites that give advice and tips to get a healthier mind and get more out of life – from how to deal with stress and anxiety, to boosting our mood or sleeping better and how we can help others and their mental health and well-being too.
If you are concerned about your child's mental health or wellbeing, please contact Mrs Brooks our ELSA, or Mrs McNamara, our Home School Link Worker. They can be contacted on 01932 780672 or email info@beauclerc.surrey.sch.uk. You don't need to leave details just ask for a call back.
