WELCOME TO BLUE CLASS
We have 29 children in our class – 14 girls and 15
boys. Our teacher is called Mrs Gee and our
teaching assistant is Mrs Smith.
We like painting and playing together during Golden Time.
We
like working on the computer, we have 6 computers in
our class and an Interactive White board. We like
playing on Education City + Colour Magic. Some of
us work on RM maths.
Some of us go to after school clubs - French Club,
Tennis Club, Football Club, Ballet and Art Club.
Our
classroom is very colourful, we have lots of our
work and pictures on the walls. We have 12 children
who are in the school council.
Everyday
we have 2 Monitors, they take the register, help to
tidy up, put the book bags out at the end of the day
and make sure
our line is straight when we line up.
We
are good at asking questions and like to talk to our
partners about things we know.
Four of us each week are Buddies - we help children
in the playground and make sure everyone has a happy
time. We also have playground monitors who get the
playtime toys out and make sure they are put away
carefully.
On
Mondays we meet with all the Year 2s to have
'Zippy's friends'. Zippy is a stick insect, we
listen to stories about him and we learn how to be a
good friend, how to solve problems and how to find
good solutions.
We are a hard working, friendly class!
